Sarah conceptualized, pitched, and launched the debut activation for UNIFY+, Canada Basketball’s new digital-first membership platform created in partnership with KDA3. She led full production of the UNIFY+ Fan Zone at 15U Nationals and GLOBL JAM, overseeing branded photo experiences, game station, and on-site engagement tools that drove real-time platform signups and delivered on key growth objectives. Sarah also managed all on-site teams, including volunteer and brand ambassador crews, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality fan interactions, and consistent brand presentation across both events.
