Makeway x Nike P-6000 Release — Producer

November/December 2024

Sarah brought the Makeway x Nike P-6000 story to life through a multi-event experiential campaign built around “First, No Lasts”, Makeway’s commitment to honouring the women who paved the way and uplifting the next generation. Each activation centred community, culture, and representation at every touchpoint. Alongside end-to-end production, she developed the post-event recap deck that captured outcomes, insights, and cultural impact.


Friends & Family Preview

Designed and produced an intimate in-store preview event offering early sneaker access for friends, family, and media. Oversaw all custom visual assets and displays, coordinated hospitality, and produced interactive moments including the live-drawing photobooth by Cloooodles and a branded photo-op backdrop that amplified social content.

Party-6000

Produced the full-scale Party-6000 celebration at Noir, transforming the venue with custom signage, décor, and immersive brand touchpoints. Managed all vendors and on-site operations, including 13 DJs, food partners (Fahmee patties + Fiesta Hot Dogs), a takeaway station, custom cocktails, and beauty activations such as tooth gems (Glitter Gaud) and temporary tattoos (Rilla). Handled all setup and teardown for a seamless guest experience.

First, No Lasts Summit

Produced the “First, No Lasts” Summit, a post-launch, community-focused event designed to educate, uplift, and inspire the next generation of women in Toronto’s creative and entrepreneurial spaces. Sarah managed all programming, guest experience, and speaker coordination for 32 emerging women entrepreneurs.

The summit featured thoughtful workshops and conversations led by a powerful lineup of women leaders, including Nia Oh, Luanne Ronquillo, Miranda Popen, Sandra Dee, Jennifer Ford, Julie Hogg, and Katherine Johnsen.
